About
Host La Camera Concert Series in collaboration with Boulder Public Library staff and Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra! This concert series invites participants to explore and experience different styles of music.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Help host the series by welcoming patrons at the door, providing directional support, facilitating stroller parking, and counting attendees.
- Other tasks as assigned.
The series will run on Saturdays: Nov 1, 15, 22, and 29 from 12-1 PM. Volunteer shifts will be from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM and volunteers will be working with library staff leaders from the Youth Services Department. Ideally, we would like a team of 2-3 volunteers who can commit to supporting each event in the series.
The La Camera Concert Series is made possible by the Boulder Library Foundation's Deanna & Joe La Camera Endowed Fund. This fund supports musical programming and/or children's programming annually at the Boulder Public Library.
Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, and greet patrons
- Friendly and welcoming to patrons of all ages
- Ability to process and follow verbal instructions
- Work collaboratively and effectively with library staff
