Haunted Library at Reynolds

Support your community and celebrate spooky season at the annual Haunted Library community event that takes place throughout the entire Reynolds Library. There will be family fun and friendly activities such as crafts, a "sensory bin" activity station, and a "Ghost in the Graveyard" game. Wear your costumes and join us for a not-too-spooky time!

Event Volunteer Schedule:

• Arrive for set-up: 11:30 a.m. 
• Event duration: 12noon - 2:00 p.m.
• Clean-up: 2:00 - 2:30 p.m.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Help with event set up and clean up. 
• Warmly welcome and greet attendees, hand out goody bags, direct attendees to different activities.
• Learn a simple craft, then help set up and run the craft table. 🎃
• Set up and support the "sensory bin" activity station.
• Invite participant to take photos in front of the spooky backdrop.📸
• Set up and support the candy guessing game table.
• Support the different activity stations by replenishing candy supplies.
• Be ready and willing to distribute candy to guests! 🍭
• Event Photographer: Wander the event and take good pictures of the action! 📸
• Assist librarians with handing out materials as needed.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
